You will also need to find out about new online methods of recruitment. This increasingly means the use of professional and social networking websites to find and source potential candidates.

Networking and Fairs

People in an HR recruitment job will be required to find out where potential candidates will be found. Communication within the industry will be vital and building relationships that will help in the future is part of the HR recruitment job. This will also include presence at University career’s fairs and similar independently run events. You may need to give presentations or seminars depending on the size of your organisation. Otherwise, manning a stall with information on careers will be the main task.
