- Assisting line managers to understand and implement HR policies and procedures.
- As an HR Officer you will have to promote equality and diversity.
- You will have to liaise with a range of organisations involved in areas concerning race, gender, age, religion, disability and health and safety.
- You will be involved in recruiting staff, this will include developing job descriptions, preparing advertising, checking application forms, short-listing, interviewing and finally selecting candidates.
