As a partner you should lead the change management projects and manage HR communication both internal and external. You share the responsibility for goals and targets delivery. As a partner you will identify and prepare development plans for key employees and high potential employees. You should be identifying employees who a ready for promotion and rotate the best talent across different functions in the organisation.
Act as a single point of contact for employees and managers
Proactively support the delivery of HR process for clients
Manage complex and difficult HR projects
Build strong business relationships
Identify gaps, proposes and implement changes to cover risks

Design succession plans for key talents and key job positions
Challenges the organizational structure and propose changes
Manages and leads a team of HR Consultants
