Bachelors Degree in Human Resources
Masters in Business or Human Resources Management
SPHR designation is considered but not required
Numerical and budgeting skills
Knowledge of UK employment legislation
Diplomatic and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commerical and strategic business insight
Proven experience in managing client relationships at a strategic level
Demonstrate resilience in challenging envionments
Ability to build strong relationships across the company.
