Job profile To Provide the Training Department with a comprehensive administrative support in all areas relating to licenses and certificates. The role will be initially for a 3 month period with a view to being extended.

Experience & Qualifications
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES OR MAIN TASKS
Responsible for ensuring all Authority to Work administration is completed timeously and effectively
Production of reports relating to medical changes.
Assist Administration Team Leader as required.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Qualifications
Essential:-HNC in Business Admin/HR and Minimum of 3 year relevant experience in Human Resources.
Ideal:Full membership of IPD or working towards SVQ Level III Business Administration/HR.

Understands how the company works and what its objectives and performances are. Has knowledge of policies, practices and systems within own area of expertise and understands the cross functional interaction with the business.

Able to make sound and timeous decisions on a day to day basis within defined limits and contribute to the operation and development of the team.
Self-motivated and results focused with a culture of trust, teamwork, continuous improvement and customer focus. Adopts a structured and well thought out approach to achieving this.
