Assistant HR Business Partner - Northampton - 12Month FTC - c35,000 Macildowie Recruitment is extremely pleased to be working with a great leading business in Northampton in the search for an Assistant HR Business Partner on a 12 month contract. The business is a leader in its field and with projected growth plans there is every possibility that this job could become permanent. The role pay around 35,000.The JobThe purpose of the Assistant HR Business Partner role will predominantly be to support HR colleagues and the area leadership team in the implementation of HR initiatives. The specific project that this role will support will be around the implementation of new systems across the business. The project is not aligned to a specific business unit so will be a great opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders and gain exposure to multiple areas of a large business.Specific areas of HR that the Assistant HR Business Partner is likely to be working on will be employee engagement, capability & development, performance management, employee relations and resourcing. The Assistant HR Business Partner will work with the SMT to develop people plans, specifically addressing the above areas and will play a key role in the implementation of agreed plans. The Assistant HR Business Partner will support on some areas, but will lead in areas of strength and offer a true partnering service to managers. The PersonYou will be a commercially minded HR generalist with a partnering approach to providing HR services.
