Assistant HRIS Manager - Portfolio CBR

A great opportunity for an ambitious HR information systems professional to join a rapidly expanding UK company at the start of a key period of development. Reporting into the HRIS Manager, the role will involve the day to day management of the HR/Payroll Systems for over 10,000 employees, assuming responsibility for day to day operational use and also system management including updates. The post holder will also manage the Time and Attendance system, and be responsible for HR & Payroll MI reporting. In addition this role will support the HRIS Co-ordinator, both in resolving escalated queries and also in training and developing their technical skills. Due to a number of major strategic projects being developed within HR, this role will also provide varied support to the project teams over the next couple of years. This role will suit someone with strong attention to detail, who is keen to progress their career and continue to develop their skills, someone who can work well in a busy and rapidly changing environment. Experience of iTrent and Business Objects are essential, as are intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
