We are currently looking to recruit an energetic, determined, professional and driven candidate to join our successful and expanding Tempories team here at our branch in Crawley.
Ideally applicants will have had some exposure to working within a sales/ target driven environment, however we offer an extensive training programme so if you are a tenacious candidate looking to get into recruitment with ambition and drive, we would welcome the opportunity to speak to you.
This is a sales role and you will be asked to make outbound B2B calls promoting our services and candidates. You will be required to build professional and long lasting relationships with your clients and candidates alike, offering guidance and support on both sides. As such, good listening and communication skills are also an integral part of this position.
You will be asked to hit daily and weekly KPI's and revenue targets, building on existing and forging new business relationships and must be able to work proactively to increase revenue.
