Our client is a global law firm, and they are looking for a Benefits Advisor to join their award winning HR team based in their London office. You will be the first point of contact for all benefit scheme queries across the firm, including both Partners and wider Business Services. Duties for the role to include: Management of the benefits administration including enrolling new starters onto schemes and liaising with payrollAssisting with the firm's bonus schemes and salary reviewsEnsuring benefit information on the system is up to date and accurateKeeping the staff handbook up to date with any changes in policies surrounding reward and benefits To apply for this role, you must have previous benefits experience gained within a professional services - ideally law firm - environment. The client would consider generalist HR professionals who have a keen interest and experience in benefits, including strong Employment Law knowledge.
