The Background:

Reporting to the Global Mobility Services Manager this leading firm is actively seeking an addition to their Mobility Team. Working as a Mobility Consultant, you will be responsible for providing a single point of coordination for International, Canada Domestic and Cross Border relocation services to transferring employees on behalf of the companies' corporate clients.


The Role:

The responsibilities of a Mobility Consultant, include but not limited to the following:

Primary contact (most contact is by telephone and email) for transferring employee

Contact transferee within 24 hours (or as per client's KPI's) of initial enquiry

Conduct needs assessment and provide counselling on all services to be provided

Initiate and coordinate the delivery of all services in order to meet the Key Performance Indicators as outlined in the client Service Level Agreement

Manage ongoing delivery of service and policies and relate them to standard operating procedure

Day to day management of third parties involved in the relocation process

Accurately maintain all files and databases to ensure data integrity

Manage the customer feedback process with the Quality Auditor

Assist with the compilation of Client reports

Assure a high level of client satisfaction in order that the client will act as a reliable and enthusiastic reference for company Confidentiality


The Person:

The successful candidate will have previous experience dealing with: international / domestic relocation (homesale), global mobility or expatriate management issues. Applicants must have a strong understanding of the relocation life cycle and the associated issues. You will be well organised, a strong communicator, have a thirst for knowledge and self-development.
