How would you like to run your own Branch? Want to report directly to a Managing Director and gain a truly rare mentoring opportunity that could fast-track you into Directorship? A leading independent national recruitment brand are now launching a Cambridge branch and need your expertise to lead and develop their founding team. With a network of regional offices across the UK, this firm are on an impressive expansion plan with Cambridge their next on the list of a series of branch launches planned for 2016/2017. Working closely with the MD, you will be responsible for leading, training and mentoring an initial team of 4 Recruiters with a business plan that can allow you to further develop the team to c10 -20 (depending on results). You will take ownership of branch P&L, budget and performance with the autonomy to manage your business - after all, you are the expert in this location and you will be treated like an expert. This non-corporate firm is not a major PLC and so is not governed by shareholders, instead is run by Recruitment experts without the dense management layers, heavy KPI systems or corporate red tape. This firm does however offer the back office support (finance, HR, marketing, training, IT support, compliance, admin) of a major firm AND you will have direct access to the MD with great budget to invest in the branch without unrealistic targets for Year 1. Managing and developing a team of both perm and temp consultants across both Office Support and Accountancy & Finance specialisms, you will be involved in the final say of the founding team hires. You will have a strong knowledge of the Cambridgeshire and East Anglia area with solid track record of running a perm or temp desk yourself (although this isn't really a billing role) as well as some experience of managing a team or branch previously. All levels of candidate will be considered, so if you are a strong Senior, Principal, Team Manager or Branch Manager - you will be given every opportunity to gain this role. You will love working within a flat management structure with great, open communication with the board and fantastic rewards and benefits. As a Manager you will have great support in terms of both branch and desk level marketing, training from HO for your team and all back office support and systems you could need. You will also enjoy having a non high street location (although very accessible for candidates) with onsite parking for you and your staff.
