As a Business Centre Manager you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities through sales and service calls and client visits. Then planning and implementing those new business streams to maximise sales. Job Title: Business Centre Manager Reporting to: Regional Operations Manager Location: Southampton, SO17 1XG Salary: 40,000 per annum DOE, plus potential bonus opportunity of 30k Benefits: Company car (usually Audi), private medical insurance, ipad and mobile phone. If you are motivated by targets, this is the role for you, you will be responsible for achieving, if not exceeding performance targets for your Business Centre alongside managing and motivating the staff that you supply to your clients. You'll be a competent leader, building solid, long-term relationships with both clients and employees and communicate to all groups in a clear and professional manner. You may have previously worked in Business Management, Recruitment Consultant, Branch Manager or as a Nurse Manager.
