We're looking to further expand our Corporate Accounts team, and given the nature of the industries we operate in (Public Sector, NHS and large Corporates), we believe there is an opportunity to bring an individual on board whom will be focusing on these three areas, and further developing current clients. The role will involve the development of a solid client base, cross selling, networking, new business development and account development. We welcome applications from experienced recruitment consultants who want the opportunity to excel in a vibrant marketplace but would also be very keen to speak with people with any sales experience, with a proven history of developing and managing large client bases. Skills, Experience, & Qualifications:Essential:* Experience working within a B2B or B2C environment.* Demonstrate a track record of success within a target oriented sales environment.* Excellent telephone manner / skills* Strong communication skills; both written and verbal* The confidence & ability to network at a senior level (up to CIO / Head of IT / Programme Director)* Good commercial acumen Desirable:* Good knowledge and understanding of the recruitment industry* Proven sales capability* An appreciation of recruitment buying behaviour of large corporates and public sector Gattaca is a leading global recruitment specialist in the engineering and technology sectors.
