Business Development Manager - Industrial Luton, Bedford, Northants The Package:Basic salary to 25K OTE 1st year 50K plus company car after 3 months, expenses, Working hours 8 to 5.30pm. Annual leave 20 days plus bank holidays rising with service to 25 days. Bonus to 16% of margin generated. The Role:We are currently looking to recruit a team of Business Development Managers for an Industrial Recruitment client. these will be strategic hires and will make up part of their continued expansion plans to manage and develop key customer relationships within the Industrial Division. As a Business Development Manager you will be fully accountable for increasing profitability of the branches in your region by the development and conversion of prospective key accounts. You will be experienced within the industrial sector and will report to the National Business Development Manager. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: To promote a clear understanding of the Industrial temporary recruitment sector with a view to selling features and benefits to prospective clients. To recognise cross selling opportunities across the entire proposition to ensure maximum penetration across all clients new and existing. Generate new business, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets. To keep up to date with legislation / employment law and developments within our industry and other areas within the post holder's scope of professional expertise and knowledge. Generate leads and appointments to exceed all quarterly and annual sales targets, in addition to any provided via tele-marketing. Presenting as required through tender process complying with company procedures. Attend and contribute to monthly sales meetings with prepared monthly sales reports.
