We have just opened our very first London branch in Mayfair and are now looking for a talented Business Development Manager / Branch Manager to make it into a huge success.

Baxter Personnel is an independent generalist recruitment agency. We have come a long way since we were first established 25 years ago.

In addition to our first high-street recruitment branch in Darlington, we now have a new head office, and branches in Middlesbrough, Barnsley, Cardiff and most recently in Mayfair, London.

What You'll Do

As a Business Development Manager / Branch Manager, you will be tasked with growing and developing our brand new London branch.

That will involve identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, developing robust sales pipeline, negotiating, managing sales processes and closing business deals.

You will also be tasked with building and managing your team of Recruitment Consultants. That will include all aspects of people management from recruitment, training, coaching and support to discipline and performance management.

You will develop and execute the sales strategy for your market and drive revenue growth through new client acquisition. As well as that, you will also take full P&L responsibility for your branch and ensure that branch targets are hit and exceeded by maintaining consistent sales activity month on month.

What's on offer?

As a Business Development Manager / Branch Manager, you will receive 42,000 - 44,000 base salary, car allowance, quarterly bonus and a very generous commission structure.

Apart from it being a fantastically lucrative role, you will also be given a full autonomy and an opportunity to genuinely shape and take our business to the next level of our growth.

Is this a fit for you?

As a Business Development Manager / Branch Manager, you must have seasoned sales, business development, and new client acquisition background. You should understand how Temporary and Permanent recruitment works and what it takes to run a high achieving recruitment branch.

Preferably, you have built and established successful recruitment branch / market from scratch before which means that you are a hands-on sales leader with a track record of building and motivating winning sales teams and building long-lasting client relationships.

Needless to say, you are an expert negotiator, strong relationship builder, and a great communicator with extremely driven and inspiring nature.
