The Background:

Due to growth this leading relocation services firm is actively seeking an experienced Global Business Development Manager to be based in London. Reporting directly to the Managing Director the successful candidate will take the lead role in developing new business relations globally.


The Role:

Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager will include but not limited to the following:

Identifying sales/product introduction opportunities and executing selling strategies with specific assigned prospects

Designing and executing effective sales strategies for assigned sales territory

Designing and managing sales strategies in conjunction with other team members

Designing and managing pricing/profitability strategies to assure success while maintaining company profitability.

Participation in all significant "Sales Close" presentation/negotiations with team members

Leading sales strategies and directing the participation of team members in the sales process, including Sales and Account Management in other regions.

Liaising with Account Management on implementing new clients and assisting with expansion of services to existing clients


The Person:

The successful candidate must have a proven record of business development management within the relocation services market. Previous experience developing new business relationships and increasing bottom line value within: global mobility, international assignment or expatriate management environments will also be considered. Applicants will have an excellent understanding of the relocation market and be competent at managing existing client and developing new business relationships.
