Main Responsibilities: Making initial and follow up calls to prospective customers for purpose of scheduling sales appointments; creating marketing letters and other materials for prospective customers; Attending self-generated sales appointments, educating potential customers on company's services; Generating new business for the division Servicing existing business, working closely with MSS Operations Team to maximum every opportunity Planning and preparing PowerPoint presentations for sales calls; Maintaining a database of prospective customers recording contact history and future activities; Contributing to the strategic development of the business whilst developing a pipeline of opportunitiesRequirements: Experience in security solutions and security recruitment sales within a similar sector Proven and measureable track record of sales accomplishments or high potential for success in sales that can be measured; Familiarity with the local market of the specific area-office; Prior experience in proposal development, presentations, sales or marketing; A clean driving licence. A strong understanding of how a security company runs operationally; The ability and willingness to attend client functions outside of traditional working hours. Effective oral and written communications skills; Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Offices; Active listening skills; Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively; Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately; Attention to detail.
