A fantastic opportunity has just arisen for a highly experienced Immigration Associate for this highly regarded global firm. Due to the recent further restrictions introduced by the coalition government, this firm has taken the option to look to offer a new specialist service to provide support for their global network of blue chip & high net worth clients.

This is a brand new opportunity looking for someone fully versed in all aspects of the UK points based system

The Role:

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

-Provide main point of contact assistance to clients regarding immigration issues

-Lobby on behalf of clients regarding immigration legislation & potential implications

-Coordinate work with differing departments to maximise client services

-Provide level 1 User advice on the SMS

-Regularly visiting client premises & undertake seminars to provide advice and training on immigration issues

The Person:

You will be a qualified solicitor with direct experience in corporate/business immigration experience. Experience of lobbying to the government in regards on behalf of corporate clients is essential. You will also need to demonstrate experience of working as a Level 1 User on behalf of corporate clients.
