ROLE OVERVIEW: Business Performance is a critical element of Elavon measuring its success on a regular basis and focused on continous improvement through a target driven and measured approach. In order to support business lines with their performance through tools such as balanced scorecards, EU Learning and Development are looking for an individual to build and maintain learning materials that can be shared via several platforms such as e-learning; classroom training; app based micro-learning. Additionally, materials will need to be enhanced for users by making them available as simple processes and procedures. The role will work across all of Elavon's business lines and focus mainly on project related work which could span sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), pricing, product, credit and risk, regulatory/Legal/Compliance, HR, Finance etc. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Elavon process and procedures to ensure Customers are boarded efficiently by Sales Understanding the policy, process and procedures for critical customers / business processes and the translation of this informaiton into engaging training modules or programs. Regulatory/Legal/Compliance updates New hire training New customer implementation and existing customer updates Procedures for On-going customer management and maintenance Reporting tools and systems training Manage learning initiatives on Projects and project changes Complaints procedures and issue resolution Contract pricing controls including Elavon's Risk Control Framework New and existing product features, go to market principles and customer engagement ROLE REQUIREMENTS: Essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organisation Ability to work in and deal with a fast-changing environment often asked to deliver in a short time-scale Ability to identify most effective learning vehicle for knowledge transfer facilitator and confident presenter - able to professionally deliver a variety of classroom and web based training for varied audience; Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team with other trainers, subject matter experts and facilitators; Problem solving attitude with multitasking ability and a willingness to think outside the box;Tenacity and resilience to influence key stakeholders and to navigate the organisation;Able to manage own time, projects and resources without direct supervision;High level of attention to detail and quality;Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word;Educational background in HR, marketing, sales or psychology will be an advantage Desirable CRM training experience/certification Captivate experience Articulate experience German/English as a second language Compliance: This role has been identified as a Controlled Function ("CF") under the Central Bank of Ireland's Fitness & Probity Regime.
