The Opportunity: Pulse has recently launched in the education market and is ready to hire a Candidate Resourcer to join the team sourcing education staff. Based at Grays Inn Road, London, this is a great opportunity to join a new division within an established leading UK recruitment organisation. What you'll be doing: The role of Resourcer is to create and maintain a consistent pipeline of new candidates to the Pulse Education division. This involves sourcing suitable candidates in accordance with Company Quality procedures. Key Tasks: Candidate Generation Source candidates via various methods including but not limited to; CV searching Headhunting Database cleansing Recommendations Job board advertising PULSE website applications Name gathering Maintain a consistent pipeline of new quality candidates registering with Pulse Maintain a proactive approach, ensuring all opportunities are investigated Achieve agreed KPIs for sourcing new associates Liaise with Recruitment Consultants for both temporary and permanent vacancies, to understand market trends and 'hard to fill' areas. Assist with company campaigns and exhibitions when required Candidate Management Respond to all applications to adverts in a timely manner Pre screening of candidates to determine suitability to work, uploading pre-screen form and CV to system, once registered Manage expectations of candidates at all times, keeping informed of progress Update candidate information and availability on computer system and keeping consultants informed Encourage referrals from candidates Manage new candidates through the compliance process Requirements Ideal candidates will have some exposure in a recruitment role.
