A leading consultancy firm are looking for a highly experienced HR Consultant to join the Insurance team.

The successful candidate will either have experience within a major consultancy or with experience across a number of blue chip firms.

Additionally it is key that the applicant has anIn-depth knowledge of insurance operations and in-depth knowledge and experience of delivering change programmes including one or more of: behavioural change, leadership, communications and engagement, learning and development, benefit realisation
