The Role: As a Clinical Resourcing Business Partner you will be responsible for building the relationship with the client at a ward level. You will work with the wards to understand their needs for bank shits, and feed this into a both a fulfilment plan and a recruitment plan.Your role will be to define the recruitment process for recruiting/assessing specialist Nurses - Band 5 and above. Your role will be to deal with issues that arise either with the staff bank nurses on-site. You will also need to analyse skills shortages and areas for growth for the business. You will be required to hit challenging delivery targets. A big part of your role will also be to develop strong client relationships through weekly ward visits. You will liaise with various contacts and will need to demonstrate a clear and up-to-date understanding of the client's needs whilst also documenting these visits. The Person: To be successful in this role you will need the following experience: . Membership of a NMC body. Experienced in recruitment and selection for nurse roles, ideally across a range of clinical areas. Experience of working across a number of clinical disciplines is desirable. Ideally experienced in clinical governance would be advantages. Aware of accountability of own role and other roles in a recruitment service. Knowledge of public health issues both locally and across the wider health economy. IT literate and proficient in the use of Outlook and Microsoft Word and Excel. The ability to work independently is essential as are excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexible. Enthusiastic.
