Compensation Analyst - Portfolio CBR

Description

A highly numerate graduate is required for this newly created role within the reward department of this successful and stable financial services organisation. Duties will include salary survey analysis using Mclagan, managing & preparing data, report summaries and delivering presentations for the remuneration committee (for FSA compliance purposes). Liaise with Managers in regards to collating & calculating bonus figures, review reward structure, review and research costs and practicality. Essential experience includes strong analytical skills, management of information within a HR environment. Exposure within a reward position is a must.
