This global, multi-million pound FMCG business based in Berkshire are now on the lookout for an experienced and driven Compensation and Benefits Manager to head up a talented team of Analysts and Administrators in their EMEA HQ. Working closely with Senior Managers across HR, finance, system and project teams as well as numerous divisional managers, you will be responsible for managing and rolling out comps and bens initiatives across the regions. You will drive suitable changes to the business that will ensure people are attracted to the business, whilst also ensuring good staff are retained and motivated. You will implement new processes and procedures and ensure the department is in line with company values. You will also act as a trusted advisor to numerous senior level employees across the group.
