Compensation and Benefits Manager - LondonA leading retailer based in London has an urgent requirement for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join their department.The Compensation & Benefits Manager will be responsible for the management of all employee compensation and benefits across the company's operation. You will review and evaluate the existing compensation, employee benefits and overall reward programs and implement and enhance these packages. You will also be accountable for the management of programmes such as Annual Pay Reviews and Bonus Programmes, manage the recognition programmes and conduct regular total compensation market analysis to update or confirm total compensation structure.To be considered for this Compensation & Benefits Manager position applicants must have at least 3 years experience in a Compensation and Benefits role within the retail or hospitality industry, experience of designing, implementing and managing broad based compensation and benefit plans and have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
