My client is looking to recruit a C&B advisor to co-ordinate and support a range of compensation and benefits activities and to be the primary contact for queries and advice on all aspects of our employee rewards including benefits, pension, job evaluation and benchmarking that reinforces the Company's people and reward policies.

This is a really varied role within a growing team and as such they looking for an individual who can help shape the role.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the Head of HR with revising and establishing the Reward framework to ensure the benefits are competitive and attractive to employees and are cost-efficient to the business
- Providing guidance to staff on the provision of Company benefits so that staff are well-informed of the benefit offering and the choice and options available to them, and deliver promotion initiatives designed to improve employee understanding and engagement with their reward package
- Management and review of 3rd party benefit supplier contracts
- Providing advice and guidance to employees on routine pension related matters
- Supporting the Head of HR in assembling and presenting reward information and analysis to the Senior Leadership team relating to compensation and benefits activities
- Providing administration and support for the Job Evaluation procedure, being the first point of contact for queries or evaluations
- Providing support with the annual salary review and reward cycle, including the collation of external salary benchmarking data and review of the overall salary and job benchmarking data-base
- Preparing schedules and documentation for annual salary and bonus review so that information can be gathered in a timely and effective manner
- Providing the relevant data and information to external companies for annual salary and benefits surveys, gathering and submitting the data as required


The ideal candidate profile will include:

- Experience gained within a benefits and pensions administration role
- Project experience gained in HR environment
- Ability to present large volumes of complex material in a concise and clear manner
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- A flexible approach to work and able to cope with a range of varied activities, tasks and information
- A curious mind with enthusiasm for data and analysis
