Based within a HR team who consistently look to improve their HR services, you will play a key role in providing and developing a highly visible Reward function in an organisation that place employees as their priority.

Support annual pay calendar processes such as the delivery of salary review and bonus round; external salary survey participation; manage and develop benefit plans and incentive schemes; effectively communicate new and existing schemes to maximize take up; provide HR MI and support HR / payroll colleagues and employees by providing effective data, support and guidance.

Previous compensation and benefits experience is essential, with confident data analysis and reporting expertise and excel skills. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a strong team player approach with confident communication skills.
