Job Title: Compensation & Benefits Advisor
Location: London
Salary: Competitive
Position: 6 - 12 month fixed term-contract
Looking for a Compensation & Benefits Advisor to work with HR colleagues and key stakeholders to identify and meet the immediate needs of the C&B service.
The Role
- Management of Salary Review and Bonus Process
Providing information and guidance to all levels of employees, HR and the Payroll team
- Managing benefit programmes
- Delivery of marketing initiatives
- Coordinating external benchmarking / salary surveys
- Providing management information and reports
The Candidate
- Proven experience in a C&B role
- Experience of providing C&B metrics and reports with recommendations
- Technically competent
- Excellent reporting skills
- Experience of delivering presentations
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines
- Graduate calibre/CIPD qualified
