Job Title: Compensation & Benefits Advisor

Location: London

Salary: Competitive

Position: 6 - 12 month fixed term-contract


Looking for a Compensation & Benefits Advisor to work with HR colleagues and key stakeholders to identify and meet the immediate needs of the C&B service.

  

The Role

  • Management of Salary Review and Bonus Process
    Providing information and guidance to all levels of employees, HR and the Payroll team
  • Managing benefit programmes
  • Delivery of marketing initiatives
  • Coordinating external benchmarking / salary surveys
  • Providing management information and reports
Ad hoc C&B projects.

The Candidate

  • Proven experience in a C&B role
  • Experience of providing C&B metrics and reports with recommendations
  • Technically competent
  • Excellent reporting skills
  • Experience of delivering presentations
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines
  • Graduate calibre/CIPD qualified
