The Background:

This leading organisation is seeking an addition to their Compensation team. Working as a Compensation & Benefits Advisor you will provide subject matter expertise to the relevant HR teams. Candidates should have a good understanding of the Swiss Tax system.


The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible but not limited to the following:

Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to HR Business Partners

Ensure compliance within legal requirements

Project-manage new benefit campaigns research, proposal, stakeholder engagement, campaign planning and delivery including employee communication programme.

Lead and support local application of global compensation and benefits policies, including Job Families, Annual STIP and Pay processes.

Participate in global C&B projects as required.

Submit data to benchmarking survey organisations annually and as required; provide results analysis to support annual pay review and ad hoc requests.

Responsible for the pension fund issues

Close collaboration with IT for the development of customised HRIS (SAP) tools

Representative of C&B in compensation related committees


The Person:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience

Demonstrated experience leading compensation and benefits design changes from concept to execution

Experience in management of pensions funds

Deep knowledge of HR SAP (level Master Data User)

Expertise in the design, development, implementation, and administration of all types of compensation and benefits programs

Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills

Understanding of international compensation & benefits structures

Experience in an international environment
