Description
Proactively assess the business needs and take the lead in initiating and developing compensation and benefits programs and processes which will impact the success of overall business operations.The job holder will be a proven leader who works well in a matrix global environment, is excited to be part of a collaborative team, and cares for the Company and its people.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Lead the planning, development, administration and communication of the Company's various compensation programs across EMEA
* Act as consultant and C&B partner to HR Generalists and business leaders on all pay and benefit issues
* Participate in program design in conjunction with C&B specialists and communicate and ensure successful roll out
* Work closely with US corporate compensation department to ensure appropriate consistency.
* Work to ensure cost effective competitive pay and benefits positioning in the marketplace.
* Manage projects, such as the integration of new entities, design and implementation of local incentive programmes etc.
* Ensure appropriate commission plans are in place, recommend changes and provide advice to the Sales Operations team on plan design, payout mechanisms, metrics and other core elements.
* Ensure appropriate benefit plans are in place including, but not limited to, pension arrangements, health cover, car policies, risk benefits etc.
* Day-to-day compensation program management: job documentation, job analysis, job evaluation, annual compensation planning, company car and other plans, incentive plans, commission plans and oversight of life, health, disability, and retirement program administration.
There will be frequent travel within EMEA locations and occasionally to US.

Knowledge & Education:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
· In-depth knowledge of pay and benefit practices within all or part of the EMEA region
· Appreciation of the legislative environment within the EMEA region
· Strong analytical skills
· Excellent planning and organising skills
· Strong customer service orientation
· Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
· Advanced skills in compensation analysis software tools (e-PRISM, Microsoft Access, Excel, etc.)
