Compensation & Benefits Specialist - Permanent - Full Time - 35k - Free Parking!My client a successful travel company based in Uxbridge are looking for a HR Compensation & Benefits Specialist with strong knowledge in benefits and payroll preparation to join the HR Team on a permanent basis.Working within the HR Department supporting around 70 employees you will be responsible for timely and accurate Payroll and benefit service too all employees by dealing with external providers. Key Responsibilities include:. Manage compensation and benefits ensuring all employees have a clear understanding of their benefit provision, accurate reporting to benefit providers implications for payroll. Proactively provide HR Manager with legislative and other changes and ensure policies and procedures are up to date... Supervise the benefit schemes (dental, health, critical illness, income protection, group life, etc..) including enrolments and terminations. Liaise with benefit providers accordingly.. Communication of the benefits package and enrolment of eligible employees on a regular basis including any changes/updates. Resolve discrepancies with providers, payroll and the Company. . Undertake projects and ad-hoc activities as required. Take an active role in implementing improved processes.. Respond to general employee and manager payroll and compensation queries as a first point of contact and all corresponding documentation. Ensure accurate and timely running of the UK monthly payroll using ADP. Comply with all HMRC and Company monthly reporting and reconciliation requirements, partnering with Finance as necessary. Manage year end processes including P11D. Manage and report absence statistics from ADPDesired Skills & Experience:. Professional HRIS/payroll systems knowledge, ADP or similar.. Experience in working in brokering arrangements, coupled with experience in employee benefits communication to staff.. Knowledge of relevant financial reporting standards and their application.. Proven project and or programme management experience.. Attention to details and effective time management skills..
