Compensation & Benefits Specialist, £40K-£50K, Reading.

An excellent opportunity has come up for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist within a global technology organisation. You will have responsibility for the EMEA region and will support all EMEA HR functions relating to reward ensuring policy and practice is aligned with the global reward strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

You will lead on the compilation and submission of European salary and pay practices data for Radford and IPAS annual surveys.

Analysis of Benefit schemes for EU employees and negotiating with scheme renewal to ensure cost effectiveness for the company

You will manage the UK Payroll Process

You will be involved in various HR projects for the general improvement of the HR team.

Key Skills:

CIPD or Part Qualified

Worked within Compensation & benefits previously

Good knowledge of MS Office packages including high levels of Excel

Have used Peoplesoft system and Peplesoft Payroll system.
