Job title: Complex Care Business Centre Manager Reporting to: Regional Operations Manager Location: Barnstaple Salary: 28,000 - 32,000 per annum DOE, plus potential bonus opportunity of up to 12K in year 1 and up to 20K in year 2, company car, private medical insurance, and mobile phone. You will build solid, long term relationships with your clients and motivate your team to provide solutions to your customer's healthcare staffing needs. You will be the driving force of the business unit, motivating and supporting your team to achieve or exceed performance targets whilst developing and implementing a strategic business plan to enable the sustained growth of the business. Our staff are at the heart of what we do, therefore you'll recruit, manage, train and develop a stellar team of healthcare employees and support staff as they are key to the success of this role, you will work with the Central Recruitment team to source excellent, quality focused staff members.
