A brilliant opportunity has arisen to join an exciting creative advertising agency as HR Manager on an initial 9 month contract. Reporting into an inspiring HR Director the role will require the successful candidate to be both strategic and operational in remit, with responsibility for the delivery of key hr initiatives as well as supporting the business operationally, providing advice and guidance to the senior management team of a full range of people issues. Managing an HR Advisor the successful candidate will oversee the day to day efficient running of the HR function ensuring systems and processes are in place to support business change and growth. The organisation is undergoing some positive change with key projects to undertake, specifically around training & development, appraisal process and coaching and mentoring programme. The environment requires a forward thinking and pragmatic HR professional with credibility and natural ability to build rapport with senior management teams. You must also be very flexible in your approach, willing and happy to roll your sleeves up where necessary. You must also have the ability to deliver top line HR initiatives across a diverse, creative agency. Candidates must have experience in media, creative, agency businesses. Strong generalist HR and people management experience is a must. This is an initial 9 month contract (with the potential to go permanent) and offers candidates an opportunity to deliver a broad range of projects. Candidates must be available on no more than one months notice. CIPD or equivalent essential.
