The role of a Customer Service Specialist:
As part of JAM Recruitment`s commitment to quality of service, we wish to employ a Customer Service Champion` to be the point of contact for both our clients and candidates, providing after care service once successful candidate placements have been made into our client organisations. This will be a wide and varied role ranging from speaking to our customers over the telephone, capturing their feedback both verbally and written, liaising with the sales teams, providing feedback to our marketing division and management team, initial trouble-shooting and query resolution, updating systems and providing administrative support.

The requirements:
Applicants should have relevant, phone based customer service experience (ideally business however we will consider those who have worked with the general public over the telephone who are comfortable speaking to senior managers in business).
Ideally someone will have worked for a recruitment organisation in an administrative or customer support capacity however this is not essential.
Must have an excellent telephone manner, be able to use Microsoft Office to a high standard, be able to work effectively as part of a small team, be able to work to pace and volume and use own initiative.
