My Client is a well established, multi- million pound leading manufacturing business which operates across a number of UK and continental European sites. The business employs in excess of 3000 people and turns over in the region of half a £billion
As part of a period of planned reorganisation an experienced and highly motivated/energetic HR-Lead is sought. Experience of working with challenging unions as the business re-organises would be considered essential.
Knowledge of HR is considered to be a transferable skill so specific market experience is not required; more importance will be placed on getting the balance right between leadership, team management and previous experience of delivering results through coaching and development. CIPD or equivalent is however essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR lead with exposure to ER and multi-site manufacturing.
