A leading blue chip organization is looking for a Payroll Manager to join their team on a fixed term contract for 12 months, with a possible opportunity to go permanent at the end of the contract. You will report into the Head of Compensation and Benefits and your day to day responsibilities will include:
Re-structuring of their shared service centre and migration back to a fully managed payroll service.
Supporting line managers and staff by dealing with complex queries, offering sound advice and resolving day-to-day issues.
Producing reports, manipulating data and presenting findings to senior management.
Implementing process and procedures changes.
The successful candidate will:
Have a current working knowledge in legislation relating to payroll matters.
Have worked for a blue chip organisation.
Have led a small team.
