A Fantastic opportunity is available for Resourcing Specialist in a large utility company in Coventry, we are looking for an exceptional employee to join our expanding team who shows commitment and dedication to providing an excellent service to customers as well as being tenacious and methodical at all times. Job Purpose:To undertake administrative work in support of Resourcing activities to ensure timely and efficient provision of talent and to create a positive image for the company. Main responsibilities will be: Administration: Carry out administrative tasks in support of resourcing actively, efficiently and effectively. Candidate Queries: Respond to candidate's queries efficiently and effectively so as to present a highly positive image of NG as a potential employer. Assessment Centres: Plan assessment centres efficiently and effectively and in a timely manner to make optimum use of candidates and recruiters time ATS Management: Contribute to the management of the ATS to ensure candidate data is entered and updated in a timely manner and that the system provides optimal support to the resourcing process. Employer Branding: Represent NG at external events andpromote NG as an employer of choice to key classes of potential candidates to ensure good numbers of high calibre applicants come forward seeking positions in NG. Metrics and KPIs: Be clear on the metrics relevant to the position and ensure these are achieved and foster and support the process of continuous improvement. Internal Relationships: Work effectively with the related teams and key customers to avoid duplications and ensure a seamless working of the HR Processed in Shared Services and seamless interconnectivity Qualifications and Experience Understanding and experience of an internal/external recruitment processExperience of willingness to learn the ATS Experience of/or willing to learn the e-recruitment systems (Taleo) and (GTI) A level or equivalent Key Attributes Good Planning & Organising skills (such as diary management, logistical planning and event organisation)Good problem -solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skillsGood attention to detailAbility to work to tight deadlines Ability to suggests and implement process improvements within own sphere Rewarding you: Up to 12 per hourPension schemeFree onsite parkingTo be part of a growing recruitment company with 50+ years experience in the businessSupport provided by the Pertemps team Location You will be based working from our modern offices within Coventry, with an onsite restaurant, chill/break out areas and free parking.
