Horizon Teachers is a highly professional, successful and fast-growing Specialist Education Recruitment Consultancy based in the City of London. Horizon works with Primary, Secondary and Special Needs Schools across London and the Home Counties; recruiting teachers and support staff for temp, contract and permanent positions. We currently have a team of 20 staff, providing a high quality service, based on honesty and transparency, efficiency, and outstanding communication with both clients and candidates alike. Horizon have experienced consistent growth throughout 8 years of business and with rapidly increasing demand for services, we are looking to significantly expand the business over the coming months/years. We are based in a fantastic, bright open-plan office in Cannon Street. We also have regular staff social events and team building days out. We are keen to recruit a Creative Marketing Consultant to join our team. This is a new role within Horizon and a great opportunity for an experienced individual to join the business and make a huge impact, implementing the Horizon Teachers digital marketing strategy from scratch. We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate individual, who can demonstrate a strong desire and commitment to raising the profile of the Horizon Teachers brand. The role will be all encompassing and include the following; Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:Become an advocate for Horizon Teachers in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.Demonstrate ability to map out marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics.Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for capturing customer online reviews. Monitor online ratings and respond accordingly.Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.Analyse campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyse, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.Curate relevant content to reach Horizon Teachers' ideal customers.Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).Monitor, listen and respond to users in a "Social" way while cultivating candidates, leads and sales.Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions.Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.Oversee design (ie: LinkedIn, profile pics, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).Manage google analytics and google ad wordsDesign, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.Compile report for management showing results (ROI). We require the following qualifications and experience for this role; Possesses knowledge and experience around traditional marketing. Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Social Media. (Give links to profiles as examples).Proficient in content marketing theory and application. Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.Maintains excellent writing and language skills.Enjoys a working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem relevant to the Horizon Teachers' field.Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.Exceeds at building and maintaining sales relationships, online and off.Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary. (ie: content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management).Makes evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research. Highly knowledgeable in the principles of "Search and Social".
