I’m working with leading Film and Media company who have been hugely recognised in recent years for creating some of the most innovative work in their field. The business is experiencing an exciting time of growth and expansion, and as the Digital Recruiter, you’ll be integral to drive recruitment delivery in London while supporting the recruitment process for international offices.   

Reporting into the Head of Recruitment in role with lots of visibility in the business, you’ll have scope to really own the relationships in your client group. As the Recruiter, will be you’ll be responsible for directly attracting and sourcing Digital Design/Creative talent (eg. 2D/3D, Artworkers, Motion Graphics) using innovative methods, partnering stakeholders within your business units to understand recruitment needs, and building a pipeline of freelance and permanent talent for future projects. Importantly, you’ll be a real ambassador for the brand, and be able to build strong relationships with the very best talent and upcoming talent in the industry.

To be successful in this Recruiter role, it’s essential you’re an absolute expert recruiter within the remit of Digital Design or alternatively Tech (e.g Software/Games Developers) and will have proven experience of managing a high volume of end to end recruitment processes (freelance and perm ideally, direct sourcing, offer management and negotiation, and partnering with stakeholders.) You’ll be able to demonstrate your credibility with in depth industry knowledge, have a strong network in your discipline and be used to managing senior relationships and influencing hires with your clients.  You must be outgoing and use initiative when finding candidates - networking, attending events and pinpointing new stars to constantly talent pool.

This Recruiter opportunity would suit a candidate who’s already operating in an inhouse recruitment role in a similar Film/Media/Production company, or would also suit an agency recruiter wanting to take their first step inhouse within this amazing company.
