A Global FTSE50 company based in London are looking for a Director of Talent Management and Organisational Development to join them on a permanent basis in their head office.
This role will have the responsibility of overseeing and implementing the strategy of the global Talent and Organisational Development agenda.

The role will report into the Head of HR of this business and act as the go-to person to implement a global Talent and Organisational Development Strategy. This company define Talent as a role where you have a full understanding of full cycle talent management from retention, identification, assessment, and most importantly, development.

The role will need someone who has excellent stakeholder relationship and management skills due to the nature of the role and the level of seniority of the global stakeholders. A background from a complex, matrix organisation previously is desirable and someone who understands how to manage a team across multiple global regions. Ideally, this person will join this business from another Global Technology Business.

This is an excellent role for someone looking for autonomy, global scope and exposure, and someone who wants to make a real impact on a business going through an amazing phase of success and positive change and transformation.
