As part of URG's ambitious expansion plans and the launch of a newly created division supplying teaching staff into Primary, Secondary & SEN schools, we are now looking to hire an experienced Compliance/Sales Support Administrator with experience in the education sector: This is a support role involved with database management and the processing of candidate files, focusing on interaction with candidates from the teaching profession.Key duties and responsibilities include:*Confirmation of identification and right to work in the UK*Check and/or apply for UK DBS and/or overseas police checks*Run List 99 Reports*Successfully apply for and/or confirm referencing*Confirm teaching status using online webcheck*Ensure all relevant original identification and qualification documents are scanned*Ensure all registration documents are signed by candidate*Upload all registration forms and documents to database*Adhere to company compliance policies*Record all communication on internal database*Raise booking confirmations for clients and workers*Monitor expiry dates of documentation*Take part in registration days for candidatesPerson specification:- A team player as well as able to work independently- Be confident, articulate, professional and organised- Have an excellent phone manner- Have excellent computing skills - Microsoft Office- Good attention to detail- Determined in getting the desired result- Have the ability to multi task- Ability to think quickly on your feet
