A media company in West London are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team. Working with autonomously as part of the HR team, you will manage the entire recruitment process across all UK roles as well as some global vacancies.
As the TAM, you will be expected to source top candidates using direct methods, utilising a variety of methods across social media, job boards, networks and databases. Alongside this, you will be expected to work on continual improvement of the company recruitment process, developing a talent pool for core roles within the brand. Other projects will be to improve the company on-boarding and induction process, working with the Head of Resourcing to put in place an appropriate ATS.
To be considered for this role, you must be a proactive recruiter. You'll be familiar with sourcing top talent across a number of methods, and be well networked in media or tech. It's essential that you have worked in a 360 recruitment role, having interview, upskilled line managers and worked on some strategic recruitment projects. You'll be an advocate of direct recruitment, but adept at managing agencies when required. It is ESSENTIAL that you have experience in house, and have proven skills building relationships with line managers. Finally, you will be commercial and confident managing a budget.
