Employee Expert- up to 60k basic plus bonus and benefits. My client are customer and people centric in their approach whilst still balancing commerciality at the forefront of company strategy. They are a truly great company to work for and are looking for an Employee Expert. The ideal candidate would either come from a contact centre or large SME. Qualified in CIPD and being a graduate are essential. A desirable is CIPP qualified although this is not essential. Job Summary: Work closely with the HR Team to combine the tangible aspects of the employment package, such as pay and benefits with the intangible ones, such as career and development opportunities which tie back to the organisation values Responsibilities: 1.Research and recommend reward and remuneration packages from Senior Management to Administration staff in the operations teams 2.Review job descriptions and evaluation process and take ownership of the evaluation and benchmarking process across the various businesses 3.Carry out competitor analysis to ensure the company are providing a competitive remuneration package to all employees 4.Review incentive schemes across the businesses ensuring they are fit for purpose, this will involve regular review monthly/quarterly to ensure the schemes are driving the correct behavior 5.Working closely with compliance and regulatory teams within the business to ensure the schemes adhere to TCF principles 6.Manage and administer the company car fleet. 7.Build and manage relationships with benefits providers and administer the schemes for the various businesses. 8.Assist the Group Head of Human Resources prepare for annual remuneration committee, gathering appropriate data, comparing the business in the market place and have involvement with annual pay review. 9.Understand changes in legislation and how this affects the remuneration packages offered to staff 10.Undertake any ad hoc HR project work as required Please note there will be occasional travel to other business units So, if you are an experienced Human Resources professional looking for a fresh new specialist challenge please don't hesitate to apply
