A large not-for-profit organisation based in Cambridge is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their busy team on a temporary basis starting from mid-end of January for around 4-8 weeks. The role will be supporting the team with various Employee Relations issues as well as some administrative duties. Responsibilities will include;- Supporting the Employee Relations Managers with various case work- Advising Managers on absence management, disciplinaries and other ER issues.- Compiling hearing packs- Answering HR queries over the phone and email- Coordinating meetings- Ad-hoc HR administration and coordinationThe role requires someone who can hit the ground running and has a positive and can-do attitude.
