Top Fashion Retailer is currently recruiting for an Employee Relations (ER) Manager. The Employee Relations (ER) Manager will work across a broad ER remit. Although this is an ER Manager position the role will allow you to really develop your Employee Relations experience taking on a lot more responsibility.

This role will see you work within their UK HQ, reporting directly to the Head of Employee Relations. The Successful ER Manager will take on responsibilities from day one and will need to demonstrate a proven track record with dealing with high end ER cases previously.

Working for a highly reputable organisation with aggressive growth plans, you will need to demonstrate some of the following skills and/or responsibilities:

  • Taken responsibility across a broad range of employee relations issues.
  • Provided advice and Guidance to Senior Stakeholders.
  • Would work well within a professional, faced paced and well respected HR team.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator.
  • CIPD Qualified or CIPD Part Qualified.
  • Degree educated (or equivalent).
