Our client, a leading financial institution based in Canary Wharf, is currently recruiting for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to cover maternity.

Supporting a demanding Front Office Client group, you will be responsible for providing commercially focused and technically sound HR advice to the business. This will focus on facilitating and coaching line managers through complex and high level employee relation cases including performance management, grievances and disciplinaries. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a proactive and developing HR team and really add value to the business.

The successful candidate will have a proven generalist background with a strong focus on managing senior level and complex employee relations cases. Ideally from an Investment Banking or financial services environment, you will be able to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced matrix environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, credibility and the ability to build relationships quickly are essential for this role as well as advanced knowledge of HR polices and employment legislation.
