One of our clients, a prestigious retail brand, is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to join their head office function to head up a new project. The role will involve assisting in the move in-house of all logistics and distribution within the UK. This encompasses a grass roots review of all people policy and to put in to place and advise on ER matters on an ongoing basis. You will have a strong employee relations background and significant industrial relations experience within a unionised environment. Equally you will ideally have worked within a retail environment but sector experience isnt essential. This role is for an initial 6 months and is to start as soon as possible.
