We are recruiting for an experienced Employee Vetting Manager for a well established company in the Bolton area. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with an immediate start and is paying 12.00 - 15.00 per hour, depending on experience with free car parking. About The Role:. Managing the employee vetting process . Communicating areas of risk to the key stake holders across the business on a regular basis. Ensuring accurate records are maintained and appropriate controls and procedures are in place and are followed . Monitoring and managing the workload of the Employee Vetting Team, ensuring work is evenly distributed . Ensuring worker suitability including eligibility to work; identification, financial and criminal record checks are completed. Processing applicants files including sending and chasing references and Scottish Disclosure checks. Ensuring applicant's files meet all mandatory checks. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Preparing and distributing regular status reporting to all stakeholders whilst highlighting issues, risks and potential compliance and contractual breaches. Reviewing all activities within area of responsibility and to recommend and implement improvement initiatives Essential Skills & Experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills . Focused and target driven. Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines . Great attention to detail and accuracy . Proactive approach. Analytical and methodical . Ability to prepare and use KPI's reports to manage the process . Strong IT and Excel skills . Great organisation skills. Previous experience of employee eligibility screening . Previous line management experience About The Benefits. Hours of work, Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm. Competitive salary, 12.00 - 15.00 per hour, depending on experience .
