Employment Team Manager - Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College - 30,000 to 35,000 pa depending on experienceWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Employment/ Recruitment Team Manager to join one of REED NCFEs partnering Further Education providers at Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College. The REED NCFE Partnership works with Further Education and Higher Education centres to support their students from learning into work. The Partnership of the global recruitment company REED and the national awarding body NCFE can use their experience in the industry to provide support and create opportunities for learners helping them to take the tough step into a job.The RoleManaging a team of 2 Employment Brokers you will be responsible for the day to day management of your team and the success of REED NCFE within the centre.The role focuses on bringing in work experience opportunities for learners within the college with a target ofopportunities for the academic year.By developing strong working relationships with local employers, you will be in a position to promote products and services that bring new employment opportunities for learners accessing our services. It is about providing employers and the centre with a professional and consultative approach as you forge a reputation as a trusted business partner who can deliver real commercial benefits to all parties.By working with the centre, local employers and learners you will have the unique opportunity to develop and mentor learners to improve their employability and manage them through the recruitment process; your successes will bring you real job satisfaction.Key competencies of the role include:. You will bring powerful networking and presentation skills as well as the ability to work within a multi-functional team and monitor delivery against Service Level Agreements. . You will also be a proficient IT user, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.. Previous track record of sales success in business to business service sales role.. Experience of understanding and successfully delivering a complex multi-faceted sales proposition through genuinely listening and consulting with your target audience.. Demonstrable success in both winning new business and in successfully servicing and growing existing accounts.. People management experience - developing individuals through mentoring and coaching.. Employer engagement experience..
